Air-Fried Jamaican Jerk Chicken
I worked with two Jamaicans for five years, and they inspired me to try my hand at a true Jamaican jerk spice blend. When they tasted it, it was an instant hit—so you could say this blend is Jamaican-approved!
This recipe brings big, bold Caribbean flavors with minimal effort. No need for long ingredient lists or complicated steps—just season, air-fry, and enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Chef Easy Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
- 1 lb chicken parts (drumsticks, thighs, or wings work best!)
Instructions:
- Prep the Chicken– Place the chicken in a bowl and wash with lime or vinegar. Pat dry.
- Season – Add Chef Easy Jamaican Jerk Seasoning and mix well to coat evenly.
- Marinate – Let it sit for 2-3 hours for maximum flavor (or overnight if you have time!).
- Air Fry – Preheat your air fryer to 375°F, place the chicken inside, and cook for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Rest & Enjoy – Let the chicken rest for 3-5 minutes before serving for the juiciest, most flavorful bite!
