Air-Fried Jamaican Jerk Chicken
I worked with two Jamaicans for five years, and they inspired me to try my hand at a true Jamaican jerk spice blend. When they tasted it, it was an instant hit—so you could say this blend is Jamaican-approved!Â
This recipe brings big, bold Caribbean flavors with minimal effort. No need for long ingredient lists or complicated steps—just season, air-fry, and enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 2 tsps jerk seasoning
- 1 lb chicken parts (drumsticks, thighs, or wings work best!)
Instructions:
- Prep the Chicken– Place the chicken in a bowl and wash with lime or vinegar. Pat dry.

- Marinate – Let it sit for 2-3 hours for maximum flavor (or overnight if you have time!).
