How do I use Chef Easy Seasonings?

Season your meat, fish or vegetables with Chef Easy, mix well and allow it to marinate before cooking. One pack and done.

How much Chef Easy Seasoning should I use?

Use about 2½ teaspoons per pound of meat. A 35 g pack can season up to 4 lbs of meat.

Do I need to add extra salt or green seasoning?

No. Chef Easy already contains salt, herbs and spices, so you don’t need to add extra salt or green seasoning.

How long should I marinate with Chef Easy Seasoning?

Fish: 20–30 minutes. Chicken and most other meats: 2–3 hours. Red meat: about 6 hours. For bursting flavour, marinate overnight.

What Chef Easy flavours are available?

Chef Easy is available in All Purpose Mild, All Purpose Spicy, Chinese Style, Jamaican Jerk, Cajun, Rotisserie, Seasoned Geera and Seasoned Curry.

Can I order Chef Easy online?

Yes. You can order Chef Easy Seasonings directly through our online Shop for delivery across Trinidad and Tobago.

Do you deliver throughout Trinidad and Tobago?

Yes. Delivery is $40 in Trinidad and $50 in Tobago.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Pickup is available in Malabar, Arima. Message 1-868-321-2433 to place your order for pickup.

What payment methods do you accept?

For online orders, you can pay securely with Visa or Mastercard through the WiPay Secure Online Gateway.

 

For orders placed through WhatsApp, bank transfer is available.

Do you offer custom seasoning blends?

Yes. We can develop custom seasoning blends based on the flavour profile and needs of your business. Minimum custom order is 5 lbs.

Can businesses request samples before placing a larger order?

Yes. Business customers can request samples to test the flavour before placing a larger order. Email chefeasytt@gmail.com to request samples.

Chef Easy bulk seasonings are available in 1 lb, 5 lb and 10 lb sizes. Larger quantities may also be available depending on your requirements.

Can you customize the salt, heat level or flavour for bulk orders?

Yes. Depending on the order, we can adjust the salt level, heat level and flavour profile to suit your business.

What is your lead time for bulk or custom orders?

Standard bulk orders usually take 3–5 days. Custom orders usually take 7–10 days, depending on the changes required.
